Return & Exchange Policy

At our store, we are committed to offering the best shopping experience. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully:
1. Return & Exchange Conditions
Allowed period: 2 days
Products can be returned or exchanged within 2 days from the date of receiving the order, provided that the dress has not been used or altered in any way.
Product condition:
The dress must be in its original condition and unused.
It must include all attached accessories and intact brand tags.
It must be returned in its original packaging.
2. Non-returnable / Non-exchangeable Products
Dresses that have been altered or customized upon the customer’s request (e.g., size adjustments).
Dresses that show signs of use, perfume, or damage.
3. Returns Due to Manufacturing Defects
If a manufacturing defect is found, you may request a return or exchange within 2 days of receiving the product.
In such cases, the store will cover all shipping and return costs.
4. Return & Exchange Procedure
Contact Us:
If the customer wishes to return or exchange the dress, she should notify us immediately upon receiving and trying the item.
Please contact customer service via the designated phone number, email, or WhatsApp listed on the store interface during the allowed period.
Provide Details:
Share the order details and the reason for return or exchange.
Shipping:
After contacting our customer service, the store will issue a return shipping label. The customer must return the item in full packaging with the return label through our contracted shipping company.
5. Return & Exchange Costs
If the return or exchange is due to the customer’s personal choice (e.g., change of size or color, or dissatisfaction with fit), the customer bears the shipping cost of 60 SAR.
If the store made an error (wrong dress shipped, manufacturing defect, or damage), the store will cover all shipping costs.
6. Refund Process
The refund will be processed through the same payment method within 10 business days after the returned product is received, inspected, and confirmed unused and undamaged.
7. Shipping & Delivery Policy
The customer is responsible for securely packaging the item when shipping it back to avoid any damage during transport.
Important Notes:
We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange request that does not meet the above conditions.
